Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Our products will always be made cruelty-free. We do stock some vegan products, most of our skincare range is vegan. You can find the vegan symbol on our packaging and on the product page when a product is made from only vegan ingredients.
Are your products 100% natural?
We love using quality natural ingredients here at Amora Lab Co. We strive to keep our products 100% natural but in some cases we may use a preservative or fragrance which may not be 100% natural.
Are your products allergen free?
No, if your have nay allergies please check each product's ingredient list and always do a small patch test to check if there are any reactions. We do use nut oils and oat extract in some of our products so every product may contain traces of allergens.
How much is shipping and how long does it take to deliver?
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6 and is free for all order over $100. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. During peak seasons, shipping may take longer due to delays. There are current delays due to covid lockdowns.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once orders are dispatched you cannot change or cancel your order. If your order has not been fulfilled or dispatched yet, please contact us immediately via the contact form and we will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on faulty and damaged products during transit. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Products need to be returned in order for a refund to be processed.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do offer gift cards but there is no refund on gift cards and they are not refundable for cash.
What are the payment options?
We currently only accept credit/debit card payments and Paypal payments.
